In Cisco SD-WAN, localized policies are routing and traffic rules that run on a single WAN Edge router (vEdge or cEdge) and affect only that device. Think of them like device-local rules. They are not shared across the fabric unless you copy them to other routers yourself using device templates (UX1.0) or configuration groups (UX 2.0).
