This hands-on example demonstrates the difference between an Inbound Control Policy and Outbound Control Policy in Cisco SD-WAN.
Lab Requirements
You are hired to finalize the Cisco SD-WAN deployment. The fabric is already up and running. The company now needs a small traffic-steering change for one destination. You are tasked to make cEdge-1 the preferred entry point for traffic destined to VPN 5 prefix 10.1.55.0/24:
- Traffic from spokes (cEdges 3-6) to VPN5 prefix 10.1.55.0/24 must prefer cEdge-1.
- The solution must not affect any other VPNs.
- You are only allowed to make configuration changes on the vSmart controller.
