Fallback to the best path is another feature designed to instruct WAN edge routers where to send the data traffic when there aren’t any local colors that meet the SLA requirements. When no data plane tunnel meets the SLA-class, the fallback to best path option tells the WAN edge router to forward the traffic over the best tunnel based on predefined criteria in the sla-class. The option is configured in two parts:
