In this Cisco SD-WAN Deep-Dive course, we are going to learn how to design, deploy, configure, and operate the Cisco Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) solution in large-scale enterprise networks. We are going to look at the best practices for rolling out breach sites, as well as how to implement advanced control, data, and application-aware policies in the branch. This course helps you prepare for the CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure v1.0 practical exam, which is part of the new CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification.

  • Explain the functions of the various components of the Cisco SD-WAN solution
  • Deploy new branch sites with vEdge routers in a secure extensible network
  • Create new policies and templates
  • Configure and troubleshoot overlay routing
  • Create policies to control and manipulate traffic flows

Prerequisites

Before taking this course, you should have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Good understanding of traditional enterprise WAN designs
  • Good understanding of routing and switching protocols, at least at the CCNA level
  • Familiarity with IPSec and TLS standards and usage
